GetMyFlightCash ("the Service") is operated as an information tool that helps airline passengers understand their compensation rights under EU Regulation 261/2004, UK Air Passenger Rights regulations, and US Department of Transportation rules.

What we provide

For a flat fee, we generate a claim package containing a demand letter, submission instructions, and escalation guidance based on the flight details you provide. We do not file claims on your behalf, represent you legally, or guarantee any outcome.

What we do not provide

This service does not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this service. For disputes that escalate to court proceedings, consult a qualified aviation lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. The claim package is delivered instantly after payment. Because the product is a digital document delivered immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there was an error in your eligibility assessment, contact us and we will review it.

Document accuracy guarantee

We guarantee that your claim package — including the demand letter, legal citations, compensation amounts, and regulatory references — is accurate based on the flight details you provide. If you identify a factual or legal error in your document, contact us and we will either correct the document immediately or issue a full refund of the purchase price.

This guarantee covers the accuracy of the documents we generate. It does not guarantee any particular outcome from the airline. Airlines may reject valid claims, delay payment, or invoke defences regardless of the quality of the demand letter. Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the fee you paid for the claim package.

Accuracy

We use AI analysis combined with established compensation rules to assess eligibility. While we strive for accuracy, airline compensation law involves judgment calls, especially around extraordinary circumstances. Our assessments reflect the most likely outcome based on established case law and regulatory guidance.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any compensation amounts that airlines refuse to pay, regardless of the eligibility assessment we provided.
